What?

Did you know that businesses that earn over $3,000,000.00 in turnover each year are required to have a Privacy Policy? This Policy deals with the personal information of clients, employees and contracts are handled.

If you do not have a Policy or your current Policy does not comply with the law (which has had recent amendments come into effect as of February 2018), your business could incur severe penalties of a fine of up to $420,000.00.
