Most businesses have Terms and Conditions that form the contract and the basis of the relationship between the provider of goods of services to the consumer, but what do they really mean?

As a business, without Terms and Conditions outlining the relationship between you and your consumer and the obligations on each of you, disputes can arise without any solid foundations on which to refer to.
