Family Provision Claims

What?

A Family Provision Claim or a Succession Act Claim occurs when someone has contested a Will. This could be a family member or a dependent who has been left out of the Will. 

Why do you need a Lawyer?

An Executor or Executrix of a Will needs to ensure that they have all the beneficiaries (including the one making a claim) best interests in mind. Whilst, a claimant needs to ensure that they are eligible to make a claim on the Estate.
